All plants come with helpful Care instructions and are PACKAGED WITH CARE at our Facility by our succulent shipment specialists. We ship plants dry to keep them relaxed and rot-free— once they are in their new home, you can treat them to a good drink. We are well known for our excellent customer service and going the extra mile for our customers. We take great care and hand-pack all orders to ensure you receive only the healthiest, happiest plants. Please feel free to directly reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns. Order Processing

We ship Monday-Friday. Please allow us 1 to 2 business days to prepare and ship your order. You will receive a notification email with your shipping information after the order is fulfilled.

All delivery specifications and requests must be made directly through FedEx via their website. 

Refund policy

Our No. 1 goal is for you and your plants to be infinitely happy. We only ship disease-free, high-quality plants, but sometimes things happen in transit. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your plants, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our very best to turn any frowns 100% upside down. Please include your order number when contacting us allow up to 1 business day to hear back from us. We will not ask you to return the plants, as that is not in the best interest of the plants themselves.

Cancellation policy

We will happily cancel your order if a cancellation request is received before your order is packed. Orders that have been packed and are ready to ship, or that have been shipped, are ineligible for cancellation.

Payment: Please use our online shopping cart to place credit card orders; unfortunately we are unable to set up credit or accept payments via invoice.
