Free Shipping on all orders
* Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is $30.
Delivery requests or information need to be given directly to UPS or FedEx via their websites after you have received your tracking number.
We only ship plants that are disease-free and of high quality. That being said, we cannot control what happens to your order during transit. If you receive damaged or incorrect plants, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery of your shipment. You must include your order number and photos of the damaged/incorrect plants. Please allow up to 1 business day for us to review, and we will respond with a solution to either issue you a refund or ship replacement plants. We will not ask you to return the plants, as that is not in the best interest of the plants themselves.
